By accessing or using any product, service, website, or application operated by huang horizon studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services — including our games, SaaS products, developer tools, and any associated websites.

huang horizon studio develops and distributes the following categories of products:

• Indie Games — original game titles distributed via digital storefronts (e.g. Steam, itch.io) or directly through our platforms.
• SaaS Products — web-based software tools offered on a subscription or one-time purchase basis.
• Developer Tools & Experiments — open-source utilities, prototypes, and free resources.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Some of our services may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to other users or our services.

All content created by huang horizon studio — including but not limited to game assets, artwork, code, music, sound effects, branding, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of huang horizon studio and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software.
• Use our branding, name, or assets to create derivative products.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of our products.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or any individual.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs in our games to gain unfair advantages or disrupt other players.
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from our platforms without authorization.
• Impersonate huang horizon studio, the founder, or any other person.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Paid products and services are subject to the following terms:

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
• You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of completing your transaction, for any reason.
• Subscription services can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, huang horizon studio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
• Accuracy or completeness of any content, data, or information provided.

We are a small indie studio and, while we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that our software will be bug-free or meet every user's expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, huang horizon studio and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data collected is used solely to operate, improve, and support our products and services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or in-product notice.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which huang horizon studio is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where required by law, to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
